Deputy Hilary Jeune

Assistant Minister for Energy and Environment.

Hilary Jeune is Assistant Minister for the Environment with responsibility for energy and climate change, Assistant Minister for Justice and Home Affairs with responsibilities for diversity, equity and inclusion and Deputy of St John, St Lawrence and Trinity.

She has over 15 years of experience working for non-profit organisations, governments and international institutions on global and EU advocacy, campaigns and as a policy advisor.  As a consultant for 4 years, she advised clients including the World Bank, OECD, UNICEF, the Government of Jersey, and Eurodad.

She also held the role of Lead Policy Advisor on development finance for Oxfam, was a member of the OECD DAC Senior Advisory Group on Blended Finance and Senior Policy Officer for the Fair Trade Movement.
